entreparticuliers.com et la censure
Selon le rédacteur deralblog, son blog s’est vu informé par l’avocat de la société entreparticuliers.com. Elle souhaite qu’il retire les contenus qu’elle juge diffamatoires sur son article du 6 Avril 2007.
Dans cet article, il y relate ses déboires avec cette société, le tout commenté par nombre d’internautes aussi mécontents (par expérience) que le blogueur.
En plus de demander la suppression d’une large partie de cet article et des commentaires, la société se permettrait de demander les adresses mails et les adresses IP des gens ayant commenté… Ca fait froid dans le dos.
Afin de contrer ces menaces, je me permets de relayer cette information… Nul ne doit à mon sens enfreindre la liberté d’expression, d’autant plus quand il s’agit d’un produit testé ! Il m’aurait semblé beaucoup plus logique que cette entreprise prenne contact avec ses clients mécontents pour régler un litige, et non de continuer à les accabler par le biais de censure grotesque ou d’intimidation.
Cette manière d’agir de la part de entreparticuliers.com me semble d’une naïveté incroyable pour une société travaillant dans le domaine d’internet. Lancer ce genre d’action ne permet qu’une seule chose : générer un flux d’informations néfastes jamais atteint pour leur société…

Abusé si c’est vrai … Certaines pratiques sont effectivement pas très compréhensibles …
Heuresement qu’il font beaucoup de com, car, pour avoir vérifié sur google, ils n’ont finalement pas très bonne réputation.

Apres avoir fait un tour sur le blog en question, on trouve un lien vers cet article de 60 millions de consommateurs. l’article relate quand meme ce que rapporte les internautes et UFC quechoisir a lancé un appel à témoin sur cette societe.
