Abraham K Biggs, un étudiant de 19 ans qui vivait en Floride s’est suicidé mercredi en direct sur internet, via sa webcam…
Il s’est suicidé à l’aide de médicaments et s’est diffusé en direct sur le site internet justin.tv (site de vidéos en direct) devant 1500 spectateurs. Au passage, j’avais déjà parlé ici et là de ce site internet dans d’autres circonstances parfois limites.
La police est bien arrivée, mais n’a pu que constater le décès :
Selon lepost.fr, il écrit dans son message d’adieu : “J’ai laissé tomber tout le monde. Je sens que je ne vais jamais changer ni m’améliorer. Je suis amoureux d’une fille mais je sais que je ne suis pas assez bien pour elle”.
J’ai assez de mal à concevoir l’intérêt de se suicider devant un public. Certes, on parle de lui, mais ce n’est pas glorieux. Ce cas n’est pas une première, un Américain s’était pendu en direct l’an dernier.
