Sarkozy : toujours son salaire de Ministre !
Nicolas Sarkozy perçoit toujours son salaire de ministre de l’Intérieur.
Après la polémique sur l’augmentation de salaire du président de la République, voici que le Canard Enchaîné nous apprend que Nicolas Sarkozy cumule en ce moment son salaire de président de la République et celui de ministre de l’Intérieur. L’information est sûtre puisqu’elle a été confirmée par l’Elysée. C’est du jamais vu.
La double augmentation de Sarko (Le Canard Enchaîné, 12 décembre 2007)
Dans son édition du mercredi 12 décembre 2007, le Canard Enchaîné publie une brève explosive. On sait que Nicolas Sarkozy a obtenu une augmentation de salaire de 172% il y a quelques semaines en demandant l’alignement de sa rémunération sur celle du Premier ministre. Ainsi, le chef de l’Etat percevra un salaire mensuel de 19 331 euros net. Mais cette augmentation ne sera effective que le 1er janvier 2008. D’ici là, le chef de l’Etat est censé percevoir le même salaire que celui de son prédécesseur, soit 7 500 euros net. Or, Nicolas Sarkozy a demandé à continuer de percevoir son salaire de ministre l’Intérieur jusqu’au 31 décembre 2007, soit 11 500 euros net.
Salaire des ministres : la règle des 6 mois
Pour permettre à un ministre qui vient de quitter le gouvernement de retrouver un emploi, ce dernier perçoit son traitement intégral pendant les six mois qui suivent son départ du gouvernement. Nicolas Sarkozy a démissionné de son poste de ministre de l’Intérieur fin mars, pendant la campagne présidentielle. Il a donc perçu son salaire de ministre jusqu’en septembre dernier. Mais il a demandé que soit prolongé ce versement jusqu’en décembre 2007, avant l’entrée en vigueur de son augmentation de salaire au 1er janvier 2008.
Le salaire de Sarkozy depuis le 6 mai 2007 : 7 500 + 11 500
Résumons : au nom de l’équité et de la transparence, le chef de l’Etat a demandé à ce que son salaire soit aligné sur celui du Premier ministre. Dont acte. A partir du 1er janvier 2008, le président de la République percevra un salaire mensuel de 19 331 euros net.
Mais en demandant de continuer à percevoir son salaire de ministre de l’Intérieur en plus de son salaire de président de la République, Nicolas Sarkozy a réussi à anticiper sa hausse de salaire… dès le 6 mai 2007. Entre le 6 mai 2007, jour de son élection, et le 31 décembre 2007, Nicolas Sarkozy aura donc perçu un total de 19 000 euros net… au lieu des 7 500 euros prévus.
