Sans aucune once de surprise, Yvan Colonna a été condamné à perpétuité assortie de 22 ans de sureté.
Honnêtement, je reste très perplexe sur cette condamnation. Ou sont les preuves ? J’en avais fait un listing ici même le mois dernier.
Que ceux qui le croit coupable se lèvent et me disent pourquoi (je les lyncherais à coup de canistrelli ensuite).
Ah, j’oubliais un détail : Son périple dans le “maquis” ne vaut nullement preuve. Julie Lejeune aurait elle aussi voulu prendre le maquis. Mais Marc Dutroux l’a trouvée. Pourtant, elle n’avait rien fait.

Tous ont réitéré leurs aveux avec avocats devant le juge d’instruction jusqu’en 2003 à ma connaissance.
Yvan Colonna est il un dégonflé qui n’assume pas ses actes et les laisse assumer par d’autres comme le sous entend Pierre? Yvan, es-tu l l’éternel fuyard devant tes actes ?

Donc je ne suis pas surpris;
Pour lui inutile de prouver qu’il est coupable, dans le doute on condamne, c’est l’inquisition ou quoi ? Vous avez dit “justice”, j’ai honte.”
Le seul changement : 22 ans de sureté en plus de la perpétuité….Lamentable .
Condamné sans preuves, mais à quelle époque et dans quel pays vivons nous ?
Condamner Yvan Colonna sans preuve ça ne fera pas revenir le préfet Erignac, par contre les juges peuvent toujours lècher les bottes à Sarko, c’est toujours ça.
Quand la justice refuse à un accusé de se défendre, je ne peux pas concevoir qu’elle soit ce que les administrés attendent d’elle. La reconstitution était indispensable. Même les médias on démontrer que le président était incohérent, tendancieux!
Clair que la preuve n’est pas faite.
Je suis moi aussi convaincu qu’il n’est pas le tireur… Mais ma conviction est aussi que monsieur Colonna n’est pas tout innocent dans cette affaire, de même que le pouvoir en place n’est pas intervenu dans la décision finale.
S’il n’est pas le tireur pourquoi une telle condamnation ?
