A Aix-en-Provence, a eu lieu un autre cas. L’écran s’est entièrement fissuré. Visiblement, l’iPhone était en pleine utilisation. Son possesseur était en train de téléphoner.
Comme dans le 1er cas, ce propriétaire a appelé le SAV, qui a nier catégoriquement le défaut et à refuser l’échange. A noter que cet iPhone là fonctionne toujours, contrairement au premier.
