La grande logique du service Environnement de Castres - Mazamet
Le 9 janvier (date à laquelle j’écris cet article), le service Environnement de la Communauté d’agglomération de Castres-Mazamet me laisse, ainsi qu’à tous les autres habitants de l’immeuble où j’habite, un avis de passage. Ce dernier a été posé sur l’escalier.
Sur ce papier, il est noté la chose suivante :
“Le mode de collecte des emballages à recycler va être modifié. En votre absence, un ambassadeur du tri est passé chez vous afin de vous informer de ces changements.
Si vous souhaitez le rencontrer, ou pour tout renseignement, vous pouvez nous contacter au 05-63-XX-XX-XX.
Le service Environnement de la Communauté d’agglomération Castres-Mazamet”.
Pour commencer, ils n’ont absolument pas tenté de contacter qui que ce soit, puisque j’étais chez moi la journée complète… Alors marquer “En votre absence” sans avoir tenté de joindre nous autres, simples habitants, c’est quand même très fort.
Ensuite, quand on n’est pas trop con, on écrit directement sur cet avis de passage ce qui va changer dans la collecte des déchets, au lieu de demander à éventuellement appeler, ce que bien entendu personne ne fera jamais.
La logique et les institutions, ça fait deux.

Encore un petit exemple du petit niveau politique de nos petites institututions locales. Une fois élu et en place le citoyen on s’en fout, il a eu le droit de voter, il l’a fait (de moins en moins d’ailleurs), maintenant il a plus qu’à fermer sa G…..!
Montrer une telle considération aux personnes, voila un drôle de comportement pour un service chargé de l’environnement. Il est vrai que lorsque l’on demande à des citoyens d’adopter des gestes respectueux de l’environnement, il n’est pas bien utile de les respecter à eux. Après tout font-ils eux même partie de l’environnement ? Sans doute que du point de vue de ce service, non ils n’en font pas partie.
Mort de rire, l’état d’esprit des fonctionnaires de castres n’a pas changé ^^!! bonne mentalité de branleurs !!
je me marre!! J’ai connu le trip des avis de passage ; une certaine “Delamorte d’ailleurs” qui devait passer…
Je crois qu’en fait ils passent mais que devant les boites aux lettres.
L’idéal ce serait que t’habite dans ta boite aux lettres pour pas les louper :p

C’est marrant, de voir qu’un site que je survole de temps en temps est fait par un gars du pays ….
Sinon, chez moi, j’ai relevé l’avis dans la boite au moment ou la personne qui le distribuai était 2 boites à coté, soit grosso merdo à 15 mètres de moi, c’est pas pour autant quelle est venue vers moi faire son travail de renseignements.
Elle a distribuée son prospectus et surtout évité de venir argumenter….
Au fait, pour pousser l’absurde jusqu’au bout la voiture avec laquelle elle est repartie était de l’autre coté, donc elle est repassée devant chez moi ….
Ca fait plaisir de voir que j’ai aussi du lectorat pas très loin de chez moi.
Ils ont donc fait une opération de masse, tout en plaçant quelques phrases mensongères de façon à ce que la populasse de l’agglomération pense que le service environnement se préoccupe d’eux…
